Felix Cruz, BC-HIS, is the Founder and Director of Cruz Hearing, bringing over 25 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry. Since founding Cruz Hearing in 1993 in Lathrup Village, Michigan, Felix has been committed to helping individuals reconnect with the world around them through better hearing.

As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, Felix combines professional expertise with personal understanding—he is also a hearing aid wearer himself. This firsthand experience gives him a unique and empathetic perspective, allowing him to relate deeply to his clients and deliver care that is both compassionate and effective.

Throughout his distinguished career, Felix has held leadership roles within the industry, including serving as President of the Michigan Hearing Aid Society, where he helped promote professional standards and advocate for hearing health awareness across the state.

Before beginning his journey in hearing healthcare, Felix proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed the discipline, dedication, and sense of service that continue to define his approach to patient care today.
